I think the most helpful and beneficial tip from the article is to be consistent across all digital content. This may seem like common sense, but it is a common mistake among companies. You want the overall message and theme across your social media, website, e-mails, etc. to be very similar. That way your target audience will more likely make a connection with your products and your brand.
However, this does not mean to post the same exact content on your Twitter and Facebook profiles, which is another major mistake made by businesses! You may have different types of audiences and readers on each platform, therefore the content should be similar in message not entirely similar in wording.
